Mr. Chan is the sole owner of Shenghua Plastic Mould Factory, which operates in its self-built premises.
Mr. Chan started his career as an apprentice at a mold factory in Chang'an town of Dongguan back in 1989. Quick to learn and hard working, he became foreman of the mold shop 4 years later. After having been working for the factory for 6 years, he decided to work for himself by setting up a small mold shop of his own.
Shenghua Mould was established by Mr. Chan in the year 2000. With 30+ years of hands on experience on making injection mold and mold design, Mr. Chan is still the chief engineer of the factory who reviews and approves design of every single mold we make.
Debt-free, cash flow positive and going uphill since factory inception, Mr. Chan is the man behind the wheel.

Mr. Chan Hui-Shao

Mr. Chan You-Xian is the elder cousin of Mr. Chan Hui-Shao. Before joining Shenghua, Mr. Chan Xian-You had been running a mold shop of his own for nearly 15 years.
Mr. Chan Xian-You has over 30 years of mold making experiences under his belt. In his mold making career, most of the years he worked as the head of the mold shop of a well-known company in Dongguan that makes high quality injection molds for customers from Japan, Europe and North America.
With Mr. Chan Xian-You's getting on board in 2015, our mold shop has been running with higher efficiency, accuracy and T1 (Mold 1st Trial-Out) success rate.

Mr. Huang has been designing export injection molds since 2006.
He spent 6 years working in the mold shop before learning how to design molds. He is now working as the head of our engineering dept. The injection molds he designed cover a wide range of industries, including toys, customer products, education, electronics & electrical, household, packaging etc.
We work with Solidworks, Pro/E, U/G, as well as AUTO CAD.

Mr. Huang Long-Rong

Joe Zhang joined Shenghua team in December of 2008. Joe worked in a US company for 4 years before taking a position at Shenghua.
Shenghua Mould used to make injection molds and plastic parts, as well as plastic products, for overseas customers through trading partners, most of whom went out of business after 2008. Doing business directly with overseas customers becomes a must when competition intensifies, in terms of both price and quality. With our factory setup and capabilities on tooling, plastic injection and product assembly, as well as our lean management, we're in a very good position on bringing more value to our global customers.
Joe speaks and writes fluent English and has a very good understanding on the entire manufacturing process of plastic injection mold and molding. Joe is the key person liasing with engineers and techincal person of our customers on mold design, mechanical engineering and trouble-shooting.
