5 More Japanese CNC Milling Machines To Be Depolyed in 2025

Following the deployment of 2 sets of Japanese CNC milling machines in 2023, we've signed the contract for 5 more Japanese CNC machines to replace those that have been in service for over 10 years at our mold shop. The 5 additional CNC machines brand includes Makino, Mori Seiki and Fanuc. We figure that all the newly-purchased CNC machines will be calibrated and installed ready for work in May of 2025.

Apart from CNC milling machines, we have solid plans to procure several Japanese EDM machines and wire cutting machines, in the coming 1 to 2 years, to phase out some of our old machines while bringing our manfacuturing accuracy and capability to a whole new level.

Plastic Injection Mold Repair and Modification Service in China

We serve global customers who have needs on plastic injection mold repair and modifications.

Our 20+ years of experience in this industry has given us the experience and capability to not only provide tooling, plastic injection molding, plastic part sub-assembly, finished plastic product assembly and packaging, but repair and maintenance of plastic injection molds in house as well. Over the past two decades, we’ve handled many projects that involve transferring molds made by other factories to our factory for repair, modifications and injection.

It’s fairly easy to handle when the molds are physically in China, just need to truck them to our facilities based in Dongguan. When the molds are abroad and need to be shipped back to China, formal customs declarations must be filed for the import. We’ve handled many mold imports and can advise you the best way to ship molds to China after giving us a quick descriptions of the molds (mold dimensions, weight, year it was built and etc.)

Before shipping the molds to China, we can give you a preliminary quote on repair and modifications after we’re provided with the followings.

* Clear photos of the two halves of the molds and closeup photos of the areas that require repair or modifications.
* Final 3D CAD drawing, for both the part and the mold.
* A brief descriptions on the challenges you may have encountered at injection molding, along with some clear photos of the molding defects if any.
